#1, Zach shouldn't start non-descript "painters" on this calibur of house / construction / finish work (that do not supply their own quality tools).
#2 Zach should teach (but he can't / b.c. he isn't a real painter, putting in the time with experience to climb each rung of the ladder, to fall back on experiential fact) , know and thus be able to vet the quality of work & workers hired
Zach hired Mexican framers now turned painters, without tools, freshly arrived in Montana from out of state, during covid quarantine. This is a picture of the work I cleaned up : painting the wall color on bare wood trim.
;Look ! dud dude hasn't been 'nice' b.c. dud dude hasn't been pre sent precient client apparently. a parent tool lead (h) a p/p a'r e/n t 0/0 L(h)(b) e (a) d e(p) t (h/d) 0ff (i) t ~ 0/0 t(h)f i/x i/t (h) rue w/e (i) d 0 (w/) h a've (i) t (0) w/h0 d (kn) ew/e (L/L) i.d.
dud dude "Zach Singleton" didn't care to read my texts at the time, and keep track of the work I was doing and notating, so that he could Say Yes, or No, or inquire at the time to guage the follow thru. Zach didn't care to really manage this job site. He already staged the end, he would default. Why? He has done it to a plethora of others. That is his ladder of experience, knowing how to get away with it. IE no physical address, the legal system does not do the foot work to search to serve papers.
ok ! I am not in an "omission" or state of negligence. Evey day, I state / text the work accomplished, take pics, inform, and state the hours worked to accomplish. The only way Zach Singleton makes up for not knowing how to bid, is to lead someone on to do the work then shyster them out of their pay, that made him look like a contractor t (0) d ate.
Zach Singleton is not innocent in positioning himself as a paint contractor, and a floor contractor, and a rock fireplace builder, and a framer, and a tiny house builder, and a pod living space builder, and a food truck builder, (not knowing the work & wearing the working worth) And mostly a sperm D (h) 0/n 0'r (h) e AD
Their is a very specific reason I communicate the work, daily.: Open conversation for feed back, and to track. If in the end / time for payment, you want to fuss, I want to ask why was all your communication opposite of that (encouragement plus more direction to work) in process. Did you not care to pay attention to your business and it's output online with its input? And why is that?
I was encouraged and egged on by Zach to continue to Do More Work, until it comes time for payment and I am strung on for weeks and months ... I get terse, and he blames. That is his "Christian" g-im-mic-
this donkey didn't ever produce value (w/e) i.d. in my name i.d.
you might want to run this reference with the Mike Owen/s link. You may even want to call Mike and see what he has to say about Zach Singleton.
Zach never asked me to run or supervise the jobsite, however I did, b.c. Zach often didn't show up. At Beaver Creek I worked in the best interest of the guys painting on the scaffold, Matt and Ryan from Bridger Painting, having the delivery people not put new washing and drying machines where I knew the scaffold was going next that day. Little things, however, I am sure Matt and Ryan appreciated not having to be 'moving guys' on the way to being painters.
I had to explain to Zach to put a primer over plaster (sealed or unsealed? lime or synthetic ?). I explained the primer has glue, so he doesn't get a call back this year when the paint starts falling off the wall.
As of July 1,2020, Matt of Bridger Painting informed me he saw Zach Singleton at Mama Macs in Four Corners and badgered him and got paid. Then said to Zach that 'Angela would like to get paid.' And Zach Singleton told Matt that he paid me.

Zach thought this wall was done after he rolled it. I took a picture as evidence to explain my time, when i arrived, and document the work load (to redo his work, again, and clean up after him).
This is ZACH SINGLETON
